- Achieve sales goal and target as per company plan.

- Handled around 4000 dealers and 13 Distributers of STI (Small Town India) towns in my cluster with the help of TSI and TSR team.

- Visit retail outlets regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives

- Responsible for Secondary and Primary sales budget (Revenue of 1.80 Cr PM).

- Increasing market share by developing new customers and products.

- Addressing customer complaints and fulfilling requirements within time.

- Forecasting TSI and TSR performance and review; (Primary and Secondary Sales performance with category wise, New Product lunch and plan, DRCP, Product Display drive, distributor's closing stock, primary and secondary scheme- s, Incentive of TSI, TSR and distributors and Claim management).

- Set sales target for the sales team directly reporting based on respective vertical & market.

- Ensuring healthy ROI of company channel partners.

- Taking initiates like promotions, offers and discounts to achieve sales projections.

- Responsible for sale of new and volume building products through sales drive and BTL activities.

- Building business relationships with current and potential customer's and dealers.

- Close watch on competitions activities, schemes, and new product lunch.

- Field Marketing activities to increase engagement with influencers and end users through meetings, Mela- s, Haat activities.

- Capacity building of TSI- s, stockiest and other channel partners through training modules and market visits.

- Owning marketing driven products & driving their sales through enhanced engagements with influencers and visibility.

- Engaging in ethical behavior at all times.
