Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 Years experience in sales and marketing of any field
Qualification : Minimum Graduation is required in any stream.
Age should be between 24 to 38 Years.
Job Roles and Responsibility :
- Responsible to Develop a team of Financial Agents or Advisor from open markets.
- Develop a trusting relationship with your FC- s, Train and Motivate your Team to generate more Business.
- Provide pre and post-sales support to your clients and FC- sachieving the Sales goal of your team by using channel sales strategy.
- Securing business through Potential Clients by providing attractive services.
- Enabling to use a Digital Platform for more productive results.
