Area Marketing Manager - Pharma (3-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Own a region of nearly 25 Franchise partners and deliver sales targets of the region for the company
- Make franchise Partners adhere to company system, process and values for best consumer experience
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain to deliver success of the franchise partner in terms of sales and margins
- Visit partners frequently, identify gaps, arrange training and ensure whole region operates with consistency in delivering Zeno promise to consumer
- Manage and improve key KPIs of the partner business.
- Increase the penetration of generics in the region with constant training of franchise in collaboration with training lead and marketing intervention with marketing team lead
- Arrange monthly conferences with Franchise partners and do rewards and recognition programs to encourage and get ideas of improvements
- Single point of contact to resolve any issue from the franchise partners in sales, supply, marketing and payments
Desired Experience, Skills and Expertise:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in managing franchise partners
- Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
- Good collaboration skills
- Strong sales fundamentals and data analysis skills
