Desired Candidate Profile :

- The candidate is responsible to sell Surgical consumable products to healthcare sectors like hospitals/clinics etc.

- Products will be related to Urology, Anesthesia, Dialysis range. Must have a good networking channel in distributors/healthcare

- Should have Bike/Scooter

- Fluent English skills

- The candidate will have remote reporting since the company has an office in Delhi only

Age Limit : 22-40 Year(s)-Male Only

Experience :

- 2-4 Year(s) of experience as Sales / Business Development in Healthcare/Medical Experience for Surgical Consumable Market

Qualification : Graduation Only

Responsibilities :

- To visit medical professionals and promote company products as per the company strategy and ensure the availability of the products

- To achieve the monthly targets consistently.

- To report regularly about their fieldwork through infinity.

- To respond and give timely feedback about their work to superiors.

- To create awareness about the company products by conducting CMEs, CRMs, Product promotion campaigns etc. and ensure return on investments

- To increase business month after month.

- To develop and implement marketing and field strategy in co-ordination with the Product Management/Sales Management team for the territory through meetings or otherwise.

- To identify potential markets.

- To actively get involved in the sales development activities in non-performing / new territories.

- To conduct Seminars, Doctor meets, etc.

- To Liaison with local authorities, trade associations in the interest of the company.

- To identify and provide feedback on company's and competitors products to the product management team and superiors.
