- Keep a close eye on finances and marketing in each store
- Planning & Achieving Revenue Target
- Understand their company's policies and guidelines
- Implement sales strategies and goals that are adhered to by each store
- Ensure planning and availability of the stocks
- Planning and adherence to SOPs
- Ensuring the deliveries and adherence to store audits via the team
- Hiring and training managers at each store
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have a direct store handling experience for at least 2-3 years
- Should have handled operations at a couple of stores independently
- Complete knowledge of store management
- Knowledge on Merchandising
- Conceptual knowledge
- In terms of Store Handling &Supervision
- Creative and has strategic thinking in place
- To forecast and plan regularly.
- Possess excellent communication and Customer handling skills.
- Should have handled a large team
