This is a role that requires dedication, leadership, and commitment to numbers, tight timelines, targets, and performance. Backed by an aggressive investment-driven organization, you are required to be hands-on from Day One.

Candidate must:

Have extensive networks in the retail pharmacy sector, location is not a constraint. Candidate must be able to recruit their own sales team members through networks and referrals and setup their own sales and marketing zonal teams at city / regional / state levels.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Sign up retail pharmacies under B2B partnerships and form portfolios

- Personally convert and oversee conversion of new leads into signed business agreements

- Engage new leads and follow up deals from negotiation to close

- Exponentially grow existing business by closing new leads; and

- Build on your achievements to grow your team of go-getters that mean business

- Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and target

- Existing networks, relationships, and trust in the small retail pharmacies sector allow you to influence the decisions of pharmacy owners and operators in partnering with us

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to break doors and build trust quickly and effectively

- Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful rewarding environment

- Ability to manage up and work independently with minimal supervision

- Dedication to developing the company's business in record time
