Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage sales of Home Loan products
- Source business from developers and builders
- Manage a team of Sales Managers to achieve business goals
- Fulfilling sales leads. Implement & develop sales activities to achieve target.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders/ developers
- Meeting customers on a regular basis for achieving planned targets, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan
- Achieving targeted sales, market assessment & analysis.
- Identifying potential partners based on agreed profiles and ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPs.
- Monitor and review developer's performance and collaborate with them in mutually achieving maximum business.
- Maintaining database and MIS & reporting on a regular basis.
- Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
