Area Manager - Sales - FMCG (8-12 yrs)
Hiring Area Sales Manager for a leading FMCG Company in South India
Work Location: South Karnataka & Rural Bangalore
Work Experience: 8 - 12 Years in FMCG Sales (Including 3+ Years in Sales Team Handling)
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and setting up targets for the assigned area.
- Ensuring primary and secondary target achievement for the assigned territory
- Monitoring availability and visibility of all products in the outlets/ market.
- Planning and supervising sales activation at District level and drive the sales team in the allotted area
- Maintaining and strengthening the existing distributor network.
- Identifying and appointing new RDS /super stockists
