Area Manager - Sales - Construction Equipment (5-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Selling of Purever and Rhinox brand product in a particular territory / Area.
- Managing leads provided by Back end and closing sales on each lead.
- Customer meetings, product demo, commercial negotiation in that particular area.
- Creating and developing of dealer/distributer network for the products.
- Maintaining cordial relationship with various influencers like Architects, consultants and Plumbing contractors etc. and get product approvals from these influencers.
- Responsible to achieve periodic targets as set by Business Plan for the area/territory.
- Daily Activity reports and Weekly / Monthly MIS.
- Would require frequent / daily travelling across the area.
- Timing 10AM to 6 PM (Normally operate from Home, within the territory).
Salary : As per Industry Norms, other Bonus, Variable pay, incentives\
Industry Back ground : Building & Construction Material, Ceramics / Sanitary ware, Plumbing Solutions, Architecture Interior Design
