Job Description :
- Recruit, train and motivate a channel sales team
- Achieve sales targets
- Guide channel sales team and introduce clients to them
- Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
- Marketing, sales and distribution of products in the zone
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures. Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
