- Handle and increase Partner (IFA) Base of the Company. Ensure proper hand holding & training of Channel Partners. Getting productivity from channel in Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Broking A/Cs & Mutual Fund distribution. Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships.

- Execute "Recognition Initiatives" to keep the channel gunning for
more and more business.
