Role/Designation : Area Manager - Sales
Job Profile :
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets by managing select set of relationships including IFAs, NDs and PSU banks and mid - sized corporates in the assigned region.
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship management with assigned corporates /distributors /banks in the area for growth in business.
- Developing business through consultative engagement with Branch Managers / Senior RMs and other important position in the respective organizations
- Market & industry analysis.
- Influence decision making at senior levels of prospective business organizations.
Candidate Profile :
- Proven performance track record (sales)
- Key account management skills.
- Exposure to M.F industry will be added advantage.
- Should have an eye for detail.
- Good communication abilities and pleasing personality.
- Product knowledge.
- Market knowledge / extensively networked.
- Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
- Problem Solving, Conflict Management, Motivation, interpersonal and persuasive skills, people-management skills, sound knowledge of numbers and eye for detail.
Requisite Qualification: Preferably a Management Graduate (MBA or equivalent)
Mandatory : NISM certification
