Area Manager - Field Sales - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a "AREA SALES MANAGER (FIELD SALES ROLES) " for our reputed Client for Mumbai location
Designation : Area Sales Manager (Field Sales Roles)
EXPERIENCE: 1 - 5yrs
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Business Acquisition - Residential Properties
- Acquiring Tenants for the properties
- Ensuring smooth Move-in & Move-out of the tenants
- Generating off-line leads through market sources
- Resolving tenant queries
- Property inspections
AGE CRITERIA: 21 - 35 years
WEEK-OFF: Tuesday 6 Day Working Week: Wednesday - Monday
SALARY : 2.4 lpa - 4.2 lpa (incl. 3Kpm travel allowance) + incentives No deductions from the Retainer Fees
LOCATION : Mumbai, Navi-Mumbai & Thane (NMT is one region) Anyone staying in Mumbai will be placed in Mumbai. NMT is 1 region - someone residing at Navi-Mumbai/Thane will be placed there interchangeably.
