Area Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Construct and oversee dealer networks and effective distribution systems for local sales channels.
- Reporting to the state head, predicting on a regular basis, evaluating sales data, and tracking sales performance.
- Establishing goals and creating sales tactics
- Determine the demands of new markets.
- The corporation should advertise its goods and services by anticipating or addressing the goals of its customers.
- Provide dependable input and post-purchase assistance wherever possible.
- Cultivate enduring connections with both current and new clients.
- Generating and evaluating sales data
- Gathering input from customers and conducting market research in the vicinity
- Staying informed about new releases and rival offerings.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Field Sales ( life insurance and BFSI Sales management)
CTC : up to 5.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
