Area Manager - Business Development - Bank/Loans (1-4 yrs)

- To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency
- Maximize sales through a network and relationships to ensure strong business.
- Meeting the customer and explain the loan regarding information.
- Develop and maintain strong liaisons with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- If the customer is Interested, than explain to him about the document & collected the document from customer.
- To do customer's house visit & office visit after collecting document.
- Login to the file in the system after collected document.
- Monitor loan quality to ensure it is in alignment with company policies and procedures, and in compliance with state, regional, and federal guidelines
- Daily MIS Maintained & mail to Boss.
- Coordinates Communication with branch staff in targets & sales.
- Hire a team of 8-10 persons in your nearby locations.
- Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
- Cover all your nearby location for generating leads.
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management
- Use understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
