- Agency Channel - Leading and managing a team Managers and SMs, responsible for generating revenues, hiring and training of team, ensuring Agent Recruitment, Activation, Quality & Policy Persistency.
Job Description :
a. Head the Agency Sales Regional Office & lead all Branch staff and Advisors & coordinate with seniors including those at HO.
b. Constant recruitment, training & development of branch managers, sales managers & insurance advisors of bancassurance channel.
c. To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management for agency sales and cross sales.
d. Regular monitoring of BMs, SMs & Advisors performance and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures.
