The Objective of the Role :

- The purpose of the role is to ensure sales and manage relationship with the Company's workshop customers and key OEM's.

- Maintain and grow volume and value share.

- Promoting the brand with both customers & consumers

- Executing activation and marketing activities.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT :

- Looking for FEMALE Candidates Only.

EDUCATION: Any Graduate or MBA - Marketing.

- The incumbent should not be a Job Hopper.

- The incumbent must possess valid 4 wheeler Driving License and should know to drive a 4 wheeler.

Brief Job Role :

- Profitable revenue growth in the designated territory through effective implementation of Company sales strategy through the Distributors and Retail direct accounts.

- To develop a team of competent Sales Work Force.

- Ensure all selling and service routines through Distributors are on auto pilot

- Ensure implementation of key Safety processes in word and spirit

- Effective Distribution Management.

- Drive customer ( key retailers and workshops) advocacy for the Company

- Distribution Management - in terms of size, scale, and managing their performance

- Managing multiple priorities, managing workload within tight deadlines

- To work within a framework of policies in terms offers being made to customers

- Tracking competitors' activities

- Prevention of trademark violations at the point of sale.
