Job Description:
- Sales - To ensure Primary and Secondary Targets are met
- To set up the distribution network in the assigned channels and geography
- To set up the dealer network - Sanitary ware dealers
- To ensure productivity of DSOs and ISPs in the assigned channels and geography is as per plan
- To ensure that business health of the distributor is as per plan
- To ensure that the distributor uses our Business Associate Management System for all transactions
- To understand competitor activity and implement plans to combat competition
- To develop localized plans to ensure health and motivation of distribution network
