The Job :
Key responsibilities areas :
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ideal Candidate
Key Competencies :
- Must be from Health Insurance broking channel or agency channel and 6-8 years of experience in same
- Last/Current position should be Area Sales Head or Area Sales Manager or Area Manager who having team across geography.
