Area Head - Sales - Commercial Vehicle Finance (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a high performing team by hiring, on-boarding, nurturing and enabling performance of team members.
- Set and achieve high performance goals for various vehicle finance products (both in terms of numbers and value) through the branches.
- Ensure that the quality of loans sourced and disbursed are of the highest quality for the customer segment through continual inputs, systems and support to the branch teams.
- Build a high quality loan portfolio through continuous monitoring and follow-up of receivables (Soft Bucket and Hard Bucket) so as to ensure that the loan portfolio meets the defined parameters.
- Support the branch sales team to achieve their monthly objectives (Sales Officer productivity, lead generation, branch productivity etc).
- Ensure process compliance by the branches.
- Pro-actively help generate leads for cross-sell products like Saving Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, FASTag (wherever applicable)
- Ensure 100% compliance to Policies & Processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
- Review Area MIS & other reports and take necessary corrective and preventive action.
- Identify potential markets for expansion as per the organization's business plans.
