Area Head - National Distribution Channel - Mutual Fund House (6-11 yrs)
Role : Area head - ND - Chennai - Mutual Fund House only local candidates apply.
The position is responsible for ensuring effective and smooth relationship with ND's and Agents in assigned area.
- Responsible for prospecting, selling & managing RMs / Sales people.
- Developing business through consultative engagement with Branch Managers / Senior RMs.
- Mapping the opportunity for primary selling, relationship managing & cross selling a range of M.F (investment) Products.
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with ND's and agents in the region for growth in business.
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market.
- Market & industry analysis.
- Generating & increasing sales.
- Developing agents & distribution network.
- Selection & motivation of agents/distributors.
- Relationship management.
Salary offered: 8 - 15 LPA
