Area Head - Distribution - Wealth Management (8-10 yrs)
Mentoring & guiding Team Member :
- Maintain Relationship with Master Sub Broker/Sub Brokers/IFA.
- Provide End to end solutions to Sub Broker keeping in view, the ultimate objective of generating revenue for the organization
- Retention of the Sub Broker/Team Members
- Regular visits to Sub Broker/Orientation to Team Members
- Organizing Marketing Campaigns for driving Tax Free Bonds/ Infrastructure Bonds / Equity IPO's / Structured Products /PMS/FD Business/Mutual Funds through team handling direct clients and Sub Brokers
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote product and services
- Candidates with an in depth understanding of capital market products would receive preference.
- Strict adherence to compliance with the organizations policies in all interactions.
- Help Sub Broker in growth & Expansion
- Understanding Revenue generation & effective utilization of available resources to meet revenue targets from the available product mix
- MIS reporting as required by the management at regular intervals
- Recruit and train manpower on business and products
- Ensure to organize regular business associate meets, to train and update them on various products, thereby activate them to promote our product to improve the sales
- Ensure that zone achieves the product wise targets, both in terms of volume and revenue, as per the business plan
- Maintain Profitability - Meet revenue and P&L targets up to PBT levels
