Job Title : Area Development Manager - Agency Vertical

Job Summary :

- The Area Development Manager - Agency Vertical is responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets within a designated geographical area, focusing on the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities :

- Managing relationships with agency partners in the assigned area means creating and upholding strong connections that serve as the main point of contact for any agency-related issues.

- Give agency partners support, education, and direction to make sure they have the skills and resources necessary to successfully market and sell the company's goods and services.

- Business Development : Lead new client acquisition initiatives by seeking out and enlisting potential agency partners in the targeted region.

- Create customer segments, analyse competitors, and do market research to find new business opportunities.

- To meet your sales goals and expand your market share, develop and put into action a sales strategy and action plan.

- Monitoring and reporting on performance : Evaluate the performance of agency partners in relation to predetermined KPIs and sales targets.

- Conduct routine performance evaluations, offer criticism.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Any field as a Bachelor's degree.

- Proven field sales, marketing or BFSI or similar industries.

- Strong familiarity with the agency channel and its characteristics, including agency operations, sales procedures, and relationship management.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities with the capacity to establish and sustain connections with agency partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.

- An attitude focused on getting things done and a track record of hitting sales goals and fostering business expansion.

- The capacity to analyse customer insights, competitive activity, and market data to inform sales strategies and initiatives.

- Powerful leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and mentor team members to meet their goals.

- Ability to prioritise activities, successfully manage time, and work independently

Salary : 3 To 4 LPA + Incentives
