Area Business Manager - Sales - Pharma (9-10 yrs)

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for: Achievement of budgeted sales targets for the area through the development & channelizing the efforts of the team of business executives, ensuring customer (KOLs, other Doctors and chemists) development, products, markets and through effective implementation of marketing programs

Location : Domana, Jammu (1 Openings)

Selection Criteria:-

- 9 yrs to 10 yrs of experience mandatory

- Should have started his career as a Medical Representative

- Must be sales-oriented

- Ready to travel as per requirement

- Should have handled major chunk of business from Jammu & Amritsar

- Should have exposure of Sales & Marketing into Gynac/Ortho Division

- Must have handled a team of Medical Representatives

- The span of control for this positions will be 6 BEs (3 in Jammu /2 in Amritsar & 1 Ferozepur).

- Male mandatory

- Fluent English skills - Ability to Speak

- Good Hindi skills - Ability to Speak

Job Description:

1. Achieve Weekly, Monthly Sales Targets leading to the achievement of Annual Sales Targets

2. Achieve Brand-wise Sales Targets esp. for Thrust Brands

3. Lead, support and guide the team of BEs towards the achievement of targets by each territory

4. Achieve a minimum PCPM of 2 lacs in each BE territory

5. Ensure coverage of each BE territory is spread around the potential interiors so as to achieve balance b/n H.Qs, Ex-HQs and Out-Stations based on business potential and yield

6. Effectively forecast to ensure smooth availability & distribution of products

7. Co-ordinate with business partners/ distribution

8. Ensure achievement of collection targets

9. Reduce expiries, breakages, and sales return to less than 0.5% of monthly sales leading to Sales Hygiene

10. Develop brand-specific core customers (Drs, KOLs etc.) & leverage their business contributions

11. Monitor the efforts of Business Executives and ensure achievement of Dr Call Average of 12 and minimum 95% MCL coverage by each BE

12. Guide, coach and support the team of BEs for effective implementation of KOL / KBL programs and maximize ROI from KOLs through ensuring periodical visits as mandated by HO

13. Perform 24 days of Joint Field Work in each month appropriately spreading the efforts amongst the team
