Experience : Minimum 4 to 6 Years experience required Sales and Marketing in BFSI sector
Age : 25 to 45
CTC : Up to 6.00LPA + Incentive + other benefits
Qualification : Minimum Graduation is Compulsory
Job Responsibilities :
- Engage and nature the relationship with channel partners to drive business targets
- Design and execute a sales plan to help the team gain maximum mindshare of the distributor, thus meeting targets and improving market share in the channel
- Review the team's progress against the plan and guide them to succeed and grow in their careers
- Create desired sales behavior in the team by using the digital sales management processes
- Ensure quality and persistence of the business
