Job Description
- To be responsible for sales in his assigned territory
- To build internal milestones as targets and to achieve his individual targets
- To motivate, support & coordinate with his colleagues to achieve sales target
- To ensure customer satisfaction through various services offered by the company
- To comply with company's systems and processes
- Grow existing relationships and build new relationships.
- Developing sales & marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes; evolving market segmentation and penetration strategies to achieve targets
- Lead to promote and market WonDrx among Doctor, Hospitals
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping aligned with market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics
- Managing the gamut of tasks including manpower planning and coordinating with the Sales Teams
- Leading and motivating the team to achieve preset targets
