Having Scientific Orientation for selling products. Possesing good customer contacts (Dermatologists) Good team players, Always ensure the team engagement and development, Scientific product knowledge(Knowing what is latest in the Segment), Add value to business during joint field working with TBM's, Region Knowledge, Computer Skills

Job Description :

- To manage a team of 3 -5 TBMs to achieve their territory targets thus achieving the regional targets consistently

- To plan the working of each TBM in such a way that 100% Coverage is ensured and maximum ROI is achieved

- To supervise and guide each TBM through proper Induction and hand holding from time to time by conducting On the job Training

- To monitor the working and sales performance of TBMs in terms of their Customer list, Product knowledge, Coverage, achievement etc. with the help of tools like feedback from each TBM, infinity, personal contacts, etc.

- To create and harness relationships with various customers and ensure timely resolution of queries

- To add value to the business during joint working with TBMs & ZBM

- To recognize and appreciate the work of his Team Members and also to counsel and discipline them at times

- To ensure zero vacancy in the region by referring quality candidates for the selection process

- To become a link between the TBM and the ZSM

Key Responsibility Areas :

- To increase business month after month

- To manage and monitor the team efficiently and effectively ensuring fulfillment of the basic work norms

- To set an example in front of team members in terms of Product knowledge, Territory Knowledge, Doctor Conversion, etc.

- To analyse data and plan accordingly

- To retain talent at the same time control vacancy aging
