Area Business Manager - Healthcare (2-13 yrs)
Job Role:
TARGET PRODUCTS :- Patient Monitor; Multi Para monitor / Ventilator / Defibrillator / Infusion Pump and ICU products .
) Team Management Activity:
- Creating a strong bonding between the Channel Partner & Company as a team to achieve a set goal of business growth year after year.
- Successful installation of Live Care pack followed by agreement process.
- Coordination of Service, Sales & Supply team for growth.
2) Revenue Generation:
- Achieving Sales as well as service targets and ensuring profitability of the Company.
- Increasing revenue by developing the market of the territory by promoting the business by creating product awareness, nursing training programs & road shows.
3) Operations:
- To ensure the total filling operation of consumables at the Distributor point and henceforward to the accounts.
- Monitoring the entire key accounts of the territory in terms of Sales, Service, filling price,
- Consumable stock & Supply process.
- Minimizing the unnecessary expenses that cost to the Company with timely payment collection from the distributor.
5) Inventory Management:
- Maintains proper coordination between the company & distributors thus henceforward to the Institutes / Accounts.
- Ensures that optimum stock levels are maintained at all the stages of liquidation with accurate, pricing, rental schemes & special rates if any.
6) Competitor Mapping:
- To identify product-wise competitors in each & every category.
