Experience : 6+ Yrs. Phone Insurance sales with 2+ yrs. in team handling exp.

CTC : Up to 8 LPA

Qualification : UG/PG

Industry : Life Insurance

Job Responsibilities :

- Undertake strategic planning for achieving insurance sales targets through tele-vertical channel.

- Proactively and systematically develop client base for phone insurance sales vertical.

- Drive aggressively company competitive advantage through the network.

- Creation of R&R contests to drive the sales force.

- Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each team member against identified targets.

- Implement incentive schemes/R& R contests for employees within the channel.

- Provide inputs for product improvements, new product launches and improvement in sales processes.

- Monitoring monthly sales targets and performance review with the Channel head.

- Develop plans to increase sales productivity.

- Ensure that the company provides superior sales experience to its customers in the channel.

- Take responsibility for development of team members and planning for succession, acting as mentor and coach and taking follow up action to ensure employee satisfaction and motivation.

- Experience in Phone Sales (Insurance).
