Area Business Head - Sales - NRI Banking (4-6 yrs)
We are hiring currently for Area Business Head - NRI.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning & Review
- Undertake planning for achieving sales targets.
- Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of distribution partner (banks, brokers and other corporate agents)
Manage & enhance relationship with the authorised representatives of brokers, banks, corporate agents and others.
- Engage with employee of distributor partner both in India and abroad
- Maintain clear communication with the partners.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaigns.
- Engage with NRI customers for product sale
- Manage the servicing requirements of NRI Customers
- Monitor satisfaction of the cluster's customers through a customer satisfaction index based on parameters such as customer complaints.
- 6 years (In Insurance / Banking / and Finance)
- Experience in NRI sales
- Experience in dealing with NRI customers.
- Good Communication (spoken and written)
- Market knowledge
- NRI Market understanding
