You will be a part of problem solving group that works deep in Industry and functional domains to solve some of the most challenging client and industry issues. As a member of this elite team, you will work on some of the most strategic and visible projects in India, contributing across a cross functional team to bring successful outcomes for your team and the client.

What you- ll do:-

- Engage only with C-level executives within the marketplace in order to navigate through how our research & expert advice can assist them in achieving their mission critical priorities

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting right through to closure, with the aim to transition new accounts across to the Client Services team .

- Drive consistently high levels of activity to ensure a strong pipeline of potential deals

- Consistently exceed your sales quota, by identifying, prospecting and closing deals with prospective clients within your assigned territory

- Collaborate with our highly successful Delivery to continue the development of best practice and sharing new prospecting techniques

- Inspire those around you to succeed and do better each and every day

- Generate revenue by building an opportunity pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Research and network with new & potential acquaintances and generate leads through various sources including social media sites like LinkedIn, Twitter, Hoovers and many others.

- Gain extensive knowledge on our suite of services and solutions.

- Accurately develop, map, forecast and close business within their vertical/ domain/region: Healthcare/ Technology/ IT / ITES/ e-learning/ BFSI/ Clinical research/ Manufacturing.

- Work with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns and objectives. Participates in pricing the solution/service.

- Meeting the client decision makers and quickly grasp knowledge on client's business and technical requirements and fit consulting solutions for their specific needs.

- Maintain and nurture new/existing client relationships & work closely with the internal colleagues to meet customer needs and ensure additional business.

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiation. Ensure highest discipline wrt to Reports/Reporting/MIS.
