Job Description : Heading the Aquasail Goa Centre
Business Development :
- Ensure all events, leads, customers are followed upon, be updated on site visits, vouchers, demo sails, partners engaged with, generate leads and deliver revenue,
Employee management : Oversee instructors, office employees engagements, determine training potential and requirements, hiring of a competent, young team, ensure delivery on targets assigned, address concerns and ensure optimization of skills
Admin & Operations : Oversee financials, commercials, admin and inventory management, permissions, boat maintenance, strategy to ensure efficient functioning of the Centre
Skills:
- Sales, Negotiation, presentation, operations, finance
- Leadership, result orientation, multi-tasking
- MS Office - Word, Excel etc., written & verbal communication
