Aquasail - Corporate Sales Role (4-9 yrs)
Function: Selling Team building / Leadership program to companies
Job Description:
- Execute the sales & marketing strategy to deliver the revenue target by selling team building, team bonding, R&R, Networking, Leadership and employee led programs / events
- Engage with CHROs, MDs and other senior corporate leaders
-Be involved in the conceptualisation, implementation and execution of the sales and marketing strategy and customize products / deals as per client requirements
- Generate at least 20 programs in Mumbai / Mandwa and support at least 20 more in Goa
Skills :
- Those with pre-existing relationships & corporate contacts will be given preference
Core skills : Sales, negotiation, presentation, proposal writing, interacting with CHROs, selling training programs
Other : MS Office, verbal and written communication
Attributes : Self-motivated, accountable, professional, creative and agility to customise programs as per client requirements
