 Andhra Pradesh ranks 1st among Indian states in the DIPP-World Bank Ease of Doing Business Study and has witnessed consistent double-digit GDP growth; the State's GDP growth during FY2018 has been 11.2%, propelling the State to a GDP level of over USD 124 bn.

Andhra Pradesh Urban Infrastructure Asset Management Limited (APUIAML) is a joint venture company of Govt. of Andhra Pradesh with the objective of developing, financing and managing urban infrastructure projects across the State and to make its cities and towns smart, livable and sustainable

APUIAML with a strong on the ground competent team is delivering integrated project development, fund raising and project implementation as well as capacity building of the project companies, an end-to-end value proposition for the State and all stakeholders. The Company is driving various urban initiatives including PPP, Smart Cities, Economic Cities, urban infrastructure like recycled water, water supply, etc, urban transport and other urban development projects including projects in the new capital city of Amaravati.

APUIAML is also in the process of setting up Andhra Pradesh Urban Development Fund (APUDF), a SEBI registered Rs 5000 Cr fund that would invest in companies or project SPV's or urban local bodies or other urban development agencies operating in the urban infrastructure space in the State.

Job Description :

- Achieve full rental occupancy by advertising, filling vacancies, conducting tours, drafting lease documentation, negotiating

- Lease agreements and enforcing lease terms.

- Promote property through marketing initiatives.

- Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level.

- Maintain accurate information on company website.

- Design promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives.

- Draft Press Releases represent the company to media outlets;

- Seek to maximize rental income, set goals and track vs. internal and external benchmarks;

- Seek to minimize marketing expenses, develop annual forecasts.

- Analyzing variances, initiating corrective action;

- Visually inspect interior and exterior of properties according to regular schedule, daily, weekly, monthly.

- Provide rental rate recommendations by surveying local rental rates; forecast expenses, and profit goals.

- Maintain property by investigating and resolving complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, coordinating repairs.

- Assist in planning renovations.

- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Academic / Professional Qualifications :

- Civil Engineer with MBA from a reputed institute

Post qualification experience (specific requirement) :

- 3 to 5 years exp in the overall management of the middle or large project in the Real Estate Company

(Consultant / Employee) : Consultant

Knowledge Essential / Specific skills :

- Real Estate Trend & Market in India, preferably

Other Expectations :

- Late sitting depending on urgency of work to be done / meeting delivery timelines & traveling on a need basis
