Job Description :
- Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Corporate, Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them updated with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.
- Ability to acquire, manage and communicate changing product information for all Real Estate products
- Aggressively achieving the sales target
- Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.
- Coordination with the legal department for documentation (term sheets & agreement to lease)
- Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
- Ability to acquire, manage and communicate changing product information for all Real Estate products
Person Specifications :
- Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline
- Sales professional with 3 Years+ of experience of Structured Real Estate
- Possesses good understanding of the real estate market and processes in the life cycle of Real Estate transaction
- A clear understanding of the prevailing market conditions
- The ideal candidate should be excellent communicator, aggressive, excellent domain knowledge and go-getter with a positive attitude.
