Job Description : Business Development Executive (Design and Build Services)

Position Overview :

- We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to spearhead the expansion of our design and build services across mid-level, IT, and various industries. The role involves identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and fostering relationships to drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

- Market Exploration : Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential clients and industries aligning with our design and build services. Analyze market trends to unveil growth prospects.

- Lead Generation : Utilize networking, cold-calling, and industry events to generate leads. Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients and maintain relationships for future opportunities.

- Client Engagement : Initiate contact with prospects, showcasing our services' value proposition and understanding their unique needs. Conduct consultations to tailor solutions accordingly.

- Proposal Development : Collaborate with our design and project teams to craft compelling proposals that address clients' requirements and highlight our expertise.

- Negotiation and Closure : Negotiate terms and contracts while addressing client queries. Aim for successful deal closures and client satisfaction.

- Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring quality service and identifying upselling opportunities.

- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth project handovers and ensure successful project execution.

- Reporting : Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in design and build or related fields.

- Strong industry awareness with the ability to customize solutions for different sectors.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
