Responsibilities and Duties :
- Able to handle a team of 8 - 10 employees.
- Managing multiple online and digital marketing channels such as Social Media, Paid Search, Organic SEO, and Email Marketing.
- Work closely with the Social media, online marketing, and affiliate marketing teams to help coordinate all integrated online output.
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Google AdWords (Paid & organic), Facebook Ads.
- Leadership quality. Should know how to motivate the team for completing the assigned tasks.
