- Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement.

- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.

- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

- Delegating tasks to team members.

- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

- Writing, editing, and proofreading copy for client projects based on research and background information supplied to them.

- Collect, monitor, and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly.

- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed.

- Developing high-quality content such as articles and case studies on a consistent basis for a company's website and blog.

- Write clear marketing copy to promote our services.

- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.

- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.

- Submit work to editors for input and approval.

- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.

- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.

- Promote content on social media.

- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress and Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator skills is a plus.

- Leadership Quality: Should know how to motivate the team for completing assigned task, should be flexible with the timings.

- Can take client calls on daily or weekly basis as per requirement of Company

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
