We are looking for an enthusiast to work in a fast-paced culture, with a young workforce that is catering to the on-demand industry at a global scale. You will be a fantastic fit if you have excellent knowledge of IT Solution Sales/Service Selling /Mobility Sales. The primary role of the Sales Manager is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling,advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.

Roles & responsibilities :

- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.

- Must have experience of handling teams and working in a corporate/business focused environment.

- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and initiate interactions leading to meaningful business outcomes.

- Understand the unique capabilities of our company and be adept at identifying and leveraging situations where our services can create value for clients.

- Persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.

- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company's ambitious growth.

- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

Skills required include :

- Entrepreneurial spirit.

- Excellent communication skills and strong writing and presentation skills.

- Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.

- Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for technology, both consumer and enterprise.

- Some understanding of technology business, applications, and cloud computing.
