Job Responsibilities
- Define project strategy & roadmap.
- Provide product demos to prospective clients and focus on client onboarding.
- Understanding client's needs & requirements according to the product.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports. - Conducting product campaigns and resolving customer queries.
- Work on team management in order to achieve better results in work performance.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
Job Requirements
- Can work from office -Sector 63, Noida
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken & Written)
- Must be a graduate in any relevant field.
- Should have a good understanding of product sales and must be goal oriented.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
