Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Pre Sales & Bid Management
- Experience in bidding for Digital Product Engineering & Digital Transformation RFPs & RFQs
- Should have exposure in responding to & defending RFPs and RFQs of Large Enterprise & credible startups.
- Help in building the Global RFP/RFI/Proposal responses and own the document before submission to the client
- Own the complete RFP / RFQ & Bid response from start to the end. Collaborate with different stakeholders to gather inputs and collate it to create the formal draft.
- Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.
- Work with the Sales lead to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure win themes are clear and compelling.
- Interface with other internal groups while responding to client requests/proposals in terms of legal, finance and HR to support the proposal response.
- Efficient in doing industry & technical research as needed for any RFP response.
- Create & maintain knowledgebase & standard collaterals for reusability in bid / RFP & RFQ response.
- Efficiently create presentations, documentations etc needed for bid / RFP / RFQ response.
- Create & defend response to compliance, security & other checklists as needed for bid / RFP & RFQ response.
- Come up with innovative and creative ideas & suggestions to make the techno, functional & commercial bid response more appealing for the prospective customers.
- Track Win/Loss for the various proposals and help in monthly reporting of the same
- Ongoing monitoring the industry trends and create of Point of View on the same
- Updating & maintaining case studies, capability decks & other collaterals in the centralized repository which can be readily used in RFP/RFIs
- Ensure timescales are achieved at each step of the bid process, including all internal governance, while taking the initiative in setting realistic deadlines.
- Own & drive Vendor empanelments across enterprise prospects.
- Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers
