Appinventiv - Manager - Enterprise Sales (10-20 yrs)
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies : Devise effective sales strategies to penetrate the enterprise market and achieve sales targets. Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Prospect and Acquire New Clients : Identify and prospect potential enterprise clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.
Understand Client Needs : Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client's business objectives, challenges, and IT requirements.
Present Solutions : Present and demonstrate our company's IT solutions and services to key decision-makers, showcasing how they address the client's specific needs and provide value.
Build and Maintain Relationships : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and procurement professionals. Act as a trusted advisor and partner to clients, providing expert guidance and support.
Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, solution architects, and technical specialists, to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Negotiate Contracts : Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Track Sales Performance : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM software. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends : Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to position our company's offerings effectively and differentiate them from competitors.
