JOB DESCRIPTION : 

1. Maintaining professional tone on all platforms with excellent writing and language skills.

2. Performing an audit of all online profiles of the company to determine what issues need to be addressed

3. Sharing positive reviews and comments about the company with a larger audience via social media platforms/ different web site

4. An understanding of the social web, including blogs, forums, social networks, microblogs, photo/video sharing, ratings and reviews etc.

5. Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company.

6. Helping manage reputation crises that are being discussed online

7. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.

8. An understanding of the social web, including blogs, forums, social networks, microblogs, photo/video sharing, ratings and reviews etc.

Requirements : 

- Graduate degree

- 1-2 years of experience in content management or social media marketing.

- Proficient in English.

- Problem solving skills and handling emergency social media/online situations
