Job Description for the role of a DMM

We are scouting for an experienced digital marketing manager who holds B2B experience and who could help us accelerate our marketing operations with successful lead generation. This is a new position within our company, and so you would be allowed to freely shape the direction of all our marketing strategies, taking over complete charge in this domain. You would be a direct contributor and we would expect you to perform efficiently with your assigned team.

Responsibilities :


- Serve as a subject matter expert with pertinent issues encountered with AdWords, Search Engine Optimization,Social Media Platforms and all the Third-Party Listings

- Hold Proven Experience in Search Engine Marketing, Banner Advertising, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.

- Assiduously understand how to evaluate keyword selection via a comprehensive search behavior analysis.

- Hold an ability to present meticulous reporting and analysis of campaign performance to our Marketing Head.

- Hold an ability to put forth insights into the link between web, mobile, CRM, social media, SEM/SEO, and digital media. media.

- Critically analyze, review, report and evaluate the entire effectiveness of site changes and campaign initiatives and thereby suggest an apt budget for all the platforms to maximize results.

- Plan engaging campaigns that comprise of all the requirements definition, scope, deliverables, schedules and detailed budgeting with successful outcome and great results.

What we are looking for :

- Graduate who holds a minimum of 6+ years of digital marketing experience

- Candidates with experience in the software services industry shall be preferred.

- Demonstrable, successful and hands-on experience in various realms such as team handling content strategy creation & marketing, adwords, analytics, PR, social media marketing and reporting.

- Experience with marketing strategy and tools such as SEO MOZ, HubSpot, AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads etc.

- A proven and well documented track record of success in significantly increasing the marketing qualified leads for technology or service companies.

- The ability to handle a large team, to think creatively and to take over the reins of all the marketing activities.
