Account Manager :

- Appic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of professional experience in account management, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client accounts, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Account Growth and Development :

- Develop account strategies and implement tactics to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving business needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Sales and Negotiation :

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Team Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to achieve overall company goals.

- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and market demands, contributing to product/service enhancements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5 to 6 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in a relevant industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Excellent negotiation and sales presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
