App2Mobile - Executive - Customer Service (1-2 yrs)

- We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our support team for US Clients. Your role will be to provide excellent customer support for the product, mostly via our ticketing system, emails, live chat, and phone calls.

- Most of the support will be answering "how-to" questions. Therefore, you will need to completely understand our software product.

Job Responsibilities :

- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, chat, and our web-based ticketing system.

- To provide customers with satisfactory solutions for their queries, requests & complaints and would be able to justify the services.

- Takes end-to-end ownership of end-user issues till resolution and follow-up as mandated by the process requirements.

- Follow up pending actions from customers and other resources in the organization and track each call to resolution.

- Maintaining the database by entering new and updated customer and account information.

- Good Knowledge on MS Excel, MS Office.

- One should have experience with ticket-based systems or similar CRM/database software.

Job requirements :

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field is preferred.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of a company's products and services with US Clients.

- Well versed with US accent.

- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.

- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.

- Well-versed in handling clients through Calls, Chat, Emails, and ticketing systems.

- Understanding of how CRM systems work.

- Working Days : Tuesday to Sunday

- Timings : 10 pm to 6 am

- Salary : 25K per month
