Apollo 24|7 - Campaign Marketing Role (2-9 yrs)
Campaign Marketing
We are looking for Campaign Managers and we will be counting on you for the following :
- Should identify experience gaps and points of frictions for new & repeat users.
- Drive CRM strategy to optimize the transaction funnel.
- Own the conversion funnel from onboarding to order placement, and reactivate lapsers.
- Should have hands-on experience using CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage or other CRM tools etc.
- Should be able to set up the journeys with the objective of delivering a personalized and sticky user experience on the platform.
- Analyze & execute the best practices from different industries for EMail, PN, In-App, Web Pop-up, WhatsApp & other channels
- Identify new initiatives and pilot them for their potential by developing holistic A/B experiments to test and improve the journey, for all surfaces (App & Web).
- Liaise with data team & marketing team to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns
- Collaborate with product managers & business counterparts to get the retention & engagement marketing KPIs achieved month on month.
- Formulating and executing the CRM strategy aimed at increasing traffic, retargeting, repeat purchase, reduce churn and cross-sell by working closely with the Marketing, Product, Tech and Ops teams
- Responsible for developing consumer segmentation campaign plans to drive customer retention, and engagement and to achieve KPIs.
Skills & experience :
- Experience working in usage and retention role.
- Advanced Excel experience
- Proven ability to analyze data, spot trends and identify opportunities
- Results focused and commercially driven
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and pro-active
