Job Description :

ApnaKlub is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who with experience in multiple online marketing channels in driving traffic, new customer acquisition, retention and growth.

You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Candidates should be able to :

- This role will strategize and execute performance marketing strategy across all digital channels. The primary goal would be to acquire quality users and drive revenue.

- You will create, manage and optimize campaigns across all digital channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Affiliates and others.

- Drive hands-on campaign setup, management and optimisation including A/B testing of targeting, landing pages and more to ensure revenue maximisation and cost minimisation

- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

- Collaborate with Sales, product, operations and category marketing to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages, based on the real-time performance and ROI goals

- Coordinate with the graphic design team/agency to get creatives made for ads

- Do Revenue, CAC and LTV analysis and leverage data to optimise paid funnel to maximise revenue and optimise Revenue vis-a-vis Cost.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications :

- The candidates should be comfortable working with team members in a highly interactive environment. You will be a problem solver and must demonstrate a solid background in managing advertising campaigns.
