Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategies to identify, target, and manage key accounts for the company, with a focus on growing revenue and increasing profitability.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers by understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges, and providing them with innovative solutions that meet their needs.

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, production, logistics, quality, and accounts teams to ensure that the company is providing a seamless customer experience.

- Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to assess their satisfaction with the company's products and services and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Manage the sales pipeline for business accounts, tracking progress against targets and taking proactive steps to mitigate any potential risks or issues.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key customers, ensuring that the company is able to maximize revenue and profitability while delivering value to the customer.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of key accounts, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and any potential risks or issues.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

- 4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably within the food industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
