APEX Acreages - Executive/Senior Executive - Sales (0-5 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determining clients- needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties- value
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements and Skills :
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have completed Graduation

- Salary:
- Sales Executive: INR 15,000/- to 25,000/- p.m.
- Sr. Sales Executive: INR 20,000/- to 30,000/- p.m.
